摘  要:Ni_(2)P具有优异的加氢脱硫活性和稳定性。以NaH_(2)PO_(2)和NiCl_(2)为原料,采用低温氢等离子体还原法制备了Ni_(2)P催化剂。对制备的催化剂进行XRD、热重分析、TPR等表征,研究了所制备Ni_(2)P催化剂的结构特性。以二苯并噻吩(DBT)的十氢萘溶液和喹啉的十氢萘溶液为模型油品,分别考察了所制备Ni_(2)P的加氢脱硫(HDS)和加氢脱氮(HDN)催化性能,研究了Ni_(2)P催化剂的构效关系。由于低温制备,获得高分散Ni_(2)P催化剂,因此具有更高的催化活性。Ni_(2)P has excellent hydrodesulfurization activity and stability.In this work,hydrogen plasma reduction method(PR)was used to prepare the unsupported Ni_(2)P with NaH_(2)PO_(2) and NiCl_(2) as sources.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,TG-DSC and TPR to study the crystal phase.Using decalin solution of dibenzothiophene(DBT)and quinoline as model oils,the hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and hydro-denitrification(HDN)of Ni_(2)P were investigated,and the structural-activity relationship of Ni_(2)P catalyst was studied.Due to low preparation temperature,highly dispersed Ni_(2)P catalyst was obtained with higher catalytic activity.
