摘  要:通过超声辅助法制备非均相介孔石墨相氮化碳负载钯催化剂(Pd/mpg-C_(3)N_(4)),采用XRD、TEM、UV-vis DRS、PL、XPS、BET等手段对非均相Pd/mpg-C_(3)N_(4)催化剂进行了表征。同时考察反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、溶剂种类、催化剂稳定性对糠醛转化率和糠醇收率的影响。结果表明:Pd粒子均匀的分散在介孔石墨相氮化碳(mpg-C_(3)N_(4))表面,非均相Pd/mpg-C_(3)N_(4)催化剂的比表面积达到了178.125 m^(2)/g,对糠醛选择性加氢制糠醇反应具有良好的催化活性,同时其具有良好的稳定性;在反应温度100℃、反应时间3 h、催化剂用量40 mg、糠醛用量0.5 mL、去离子水20 mL、H_(2)压力1.0 MPa、光照条件下糠醇的收率最高达到了95.6%,此时糠醛的转化率为98.8%;循环使用5次后糠醛的转化率和糠醇的收率仍达到了87.6%和81.3%。Heterogeneous mesoporous carbon nitride sustained palladium catalyst(Pd/mpg-C_(3)N_(4))was prepared by ultrasonic-assisted method.The heterogeneous Pd/mpg-C_(3)N_(4) catalyst was characterized by XRD,TEM,UV-vis DRS,PL,XPS and BET.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage,solvent type and catalyst stability on furfural conversion and furfuryl alcohol yield were further examined.The results reveal that Pd particles are uniformly dispersed on the surface of mesoporous graphite phase carbon nitride(mpg-C_(3)N_(4)),and the specific surface area of heterogeneous Pd/mpg-C_(3)N_(4) catalyst reaches 178.125 m^(2)/g,looming good catalytic activity and stability for the selective hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 100℃,reaction time 3 h,catalyst dosage 40 mg,furfural dosage 0.5 mL,deionized water 20 mL,H_(2) pressure 1.0 MPa and illumination,the yield of furfural is 95.6%,and the conversion of furfural is 98.8%.The conversion rate of furfural and the yield of furfuryl alcohol still reach 87.6%and 81.3%after recycling for 5 times.
