摘 要:以过滤器常用的3种反吹结构为研究对象,采用流体力学CFD软件来研究各结构相应的反吹效果,包括反吹气流的分布均匀性,流场分布特点及反吹速度大小,反吹的引射卷吸效果等。结果表明:大文丘里式反吹结构反吹性能最佳,经过该反吹结构重整的反吹气流分布均匀性更好,整体反吹流速也更高,能比另外2种反吹结构高约10%—30%,大文丘里式反吹结构的引射卷吸效果非常有效,经过引射卷吸加强后的反吹气流流量有明显的提升,集气箱式反吹结构和排管式反吹结构的反吹效果相近。该数值模拟结果能够有效指导工程上反吹结构的选用。With three blowing back structures of common filter as a research object, the simulations of their blowing back effects were analyzed through computational fluid dynamics(CFD), the blowing back effects including the distribution uniformity and distribution characteristics of airflow field, the blowing back speed, the ejection effect etc. The results show that the large venturi blowing back structure worked best, its airflow field is the most uniform, and its blowing back flow rate is about 10%-30% higher than two other structures, its ejector effect is also very effective, the blowing back airflow is significantly improved after crossing the ejector, the box type structure′s blowing back effect is similar to the pipe type structure′s. The numerical simulation results are useful for selecting the blowing back structure in engineering.
