摘 要:针对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-甲醇-水三元体系,使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件得到该体系的剩余曲线与液液平衡相图,并建立4种精制工艺,分别为汽提(i)、精馏(ii)、进料精馏(iii)及侧线精馏(iv)。以MMA收率及能耗作为评价指标,对4种分离工艺进行模拟研究。结果表明:汽提(i)与精馏(ii)的MMA收率接近,均低于80%,但汽提(i)流程比精馏(ii)流程节能;进料精馏(iii)的MMA收率为83.65%,侧线精馏(iv)的MMA收率最高,为97.1%,且能耗比进料精馏(iii)低。对比分析进料精馏(iii)与侧线精馏(iv),侧线精馏(iv)塔内液相流量大,甲醇与水的摩尔分数高,萃取效果好,分离程度更高。For MMA-methanol-water ternary system,the residual curve and liquid-liquid equilibrium phase diagram of the system were obtained by using Aspen Plus process simulation software,and four refining processes were established,namely stripping(i)and rectification(ii),feed rectification(iii)and side rectification(iv).With MMA yield and energy consumption as evaluation index,four refining processes were simulated.The results show that MMA yields of stripping(i)and rectification(ii)are close and both below 80%,but the process of stripping(i)is more energy efficient than the process of rectification(ii).MMA yield of feed rectification process(iii)is 83.65%,which is lower than 97.1%of the side rectification(iv),and the energy consumption is so on.Comparative analysis of feed rectification(iii)and side rectification(iv),the extraction effect and the degree of separation of side rectification(iv)are better than feed rectification(iii),because the liquid flow molar fraction of methanol and water in the column are higher.
