新疆高校高水平运动队建设路径与布局研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法,从体教融合视角出发,对新疆高校高水平运动队建设路径与建设布局进行研究。新疆高校高水平运动队建设路径主要为:一是整合资源打造新疆高校高水平赛事平台;二是组建新疆专兼职教练员队伍提高训练水准;三是加大资金投入,发挥高校学科优势;四是从招生管理入手加强部门协调。新疆高校在高水平运动队建设布局方面,前后创办的6所高水平运动队全部位于北疆,各城市创办高水平运动队的数量与重点高校所占数量呈正相关,并集中于首府城市;项目布局上前后共涉及8个运动项目,运动项目总体数量上,田径、篮球、足球占有较多比例,普及程度更高,截至2022年仅新疆大学在田径、篮球、足球还有高水平项目招生。Using the literature method and the perspective of integration of sports and education,the construction path and construction layout of high-level sports teams in Xinjiang universities are studied. Research results that the construction paths of high-level sports teams in Xinjiang universities are:firstly,to integrate resources to build a platform for high-level events in Xinjiang universities;secondly,to establish a team of full-time and part-time coaches in Xinjiang to improve training standards;thirdly,to give full play to the advantages of university disciplines to increase financial investment;fourthly,to strengthen departmental coordination starting from enrollment management. On the layout of high-level sports teams construction in Xinjiang universities,all the 6 high-level sports teams founded before and after are located in northern Xinjiang,the number of high-level sports teams founded in each city is positively correlated with the number of key universities and concentrated in capital city;the project layout involves8 sports items before and after,the number of sports items,track and field,basketball and soccer occupy more proportion and have higher popularity,only Xinjiang University still has high-level program enrollment in track and field,basketball,and soccer. In response to the analysis results,the corresponding strategies are proposed.
