摘 要:列车运行调整时考虑旅客换乘接续对提升客运服务水平具有重要意义,尤其在末班车时段。面向末班车时段行车调度调整的特殊性,以调整接续列车出发时刻、旅客灵活换乘车次、列车灵活停站、列车小幅度超员为主要策略,兼顾旅客出行需求与行车组织特点,建立适用于末班车时段的列车运行调整线性整数规划模型。以大西高速铁路、西银客运专线、西成客运专线及徐兰高速铁路郑西段与兰西段构成的高速铁路网为对象进行案例分析,验证模型的有效性,对不同调度策略的适用性进行深入研究,结果表明:多种调整策略结合的方法,能大幅减少末班车时段换乘失败旅客人数并兼顾列车运行质量。所构建模型丰富了以客运服务为中心的行车调度调整方法,能够为末班车时段列车运行调整策略制定提供技术支撑。Considering passenger transfer connections during timetable rescheduling is of great significance to improving the level of passenger services,especially for the last train period.Based on the particularity of timetable rescheduling during the last train period,a linear integer programming model for train operation adjustment suitable for the last train period was established,with the adjustment of the departure time of trains,the flexible transfer of passengers,the flexible stop of the trains,and the slight overcrowding of the trains as the main strategies,while taking into account passenger travel demand and the characteristics of train operation organization.The validity of the model was verified in the case analysis of the high-speed rail network composed of the Datong—Xi′an high-speed railway,the Yinchuan—Xi′an high-speed railway,the Xi′an—Chengdu high-speed railway,the Zhengzhou—Xi′an high-speed railway and the Lanzhou—Xi′an high-speed railway and an in-depth study was carried out on the applicability of different strategies.The results show that the combination of various strategies can greatly reduce the number of transfer failure passengers during the last train period while take into account the quality of train operation.The model enriches the method of passenger service-centered travel rescheduling,and can provide technical support for the high-speed railway rescheduling during the last train period.
