摘  要:为研究节段预制拼装波形钢腹板组合箱梁抗弯力学性能,设计加工了1片节段预制拼装模型试验梁和1片整体浇筑模型试验梁,通过全过程破坏性试验,了解节段预制拼装波形钢腹板组合箱梁荷载-位移曲线、裂缝发展规律、破坏形式、极限承载力等力学性能,通过数值分析研究节段数量、胶层厚度等接缝设置参数对结构极限承载力的影响。研究结果表明,与整体浇筑梁相比,节段拼装梁裂缝主要集中于胶接缝两侧钢筋截断处,而且裂缝数量较少且宽度较窄;开裂后,节段拼装梁抗弯刚度下降较快;极限承载力约为整体梁的80%左右。两片梁预应力筋应力增量变化规律基本相同,体外束相比于体内束应力增量较缓。对于节段较短的节段预制拼装组合梁,梁的抗弯强度主要取决于接缝的材料强度,因此,提高接缝材料的强度,对该预制节段拼装结构的抗弯强度有重要意义。To study the bending mechanism of precast segmental composite box girder with corrugated steel webs,a precast segmental test girder and a monolithic cast test girder were designed and made separately.Based on the whole process destructive test,the load-displacement curve,crack development law,failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the precast segmental composite box girder with corrugated steel webs were analyzed.The influence of joint setting parameters such as the number of segments and the thickness of adhesive layer on the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure was studied through numerical analysis.The results show that,compared with the monolithic cast girder,the cracks in the segmental assembled girder are mainly concentrated at the steel bar cutoff on both sides of the adhesive joint,with smaller number of cracks and the narrower crack width.When cracks appear,the bending stiffness of the segmental assembled girder decreases rapidly.The ultimate bearing capacity of the segmental assembled girder is about 80%of the monolithic cast girder.The change law of the stress increment of the prestressed tendons in the two girders is basically the same,and the stress increment of the external tendons is slower than that of the internal tendons.For prefabricated composite girders with short segments,the bending strength of the girder mainly depends on the material strength of the joints.Therefore,improving the strength of the joint materials is of great significance to the bending strength of the prefabricated segment assembly structure.
