浅析新疆红山水库安全度汛措施

摘　　要：新疆红山水库经多年运行,库区泥沙淤积严重,导致水库防洪能力下降,成为防汛工作的薄弱环节。本文结合红山水库实际情况,对水库洪水进行了调节计算,分析了水库险情,制定了不同量级洪水防御方案与防汛应急措施,为水库防汛工作提出了对策和建议。After years of operation, the sediment deposition in Xinjiang Hongshan Reservoir area is serious, which leads to the decrease of flood control capacity of the reservoir and becomes a weak link in flood control work. Based on the actual situation of Hongshan Reservoir, this paper conducts adjusting calculation of the floods of the reservoir, analyzes the danger of the reservoir, formulates flood prevention schemes and flood control emergency measures of different magnitudes, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the flood control work of the reservoir.
