万寿菊提取物对烤烟根结线虫发病率及产质量的影响

摘　　要：为探究万寿菊地上部分粗提物对土壤理化性质、烤烟根结线虫发病率及产质量的影响,以云烟116为试验材料,设4个处理,其中CK(对照)为清水,BW1为万寿菊茎提取物,BW2为万寿菊花提取物,BW3为万寿菊茎和花混合提取物。分析不同处理下土壤理化性状、烟株农艺性状、根结线虫发病率、烟叶化学成分以及经济性状。结果表明:BW3的农艺性状、经济性状、化学成分均较好、发病率及病情指数较低。综上所述,万寿菊茎和花混合提取物有利于烤烟生长,对降低根结线虫发病率有较好的效果。This study,using Yunyan 116 tobacco as experimental material,has set four treatments(i.e.,CK:water,BW1:stem extract of Tagetes erecta,BW2:flower extract,and BW3:mixture of stem and flower extracts)to explore the effects of crude extract from aboveground part of Tagetes erecta on soil physicochemical properties,agronomic traits of tobacco plants,incidence of root-knot nematodes,and chemical composition and economic properties of tobacco leaves.The results showed that,in BW3,the agronomic and economic characters,and chemical composition were better,and the incidence and disease index of root-knot nematodes were lower.To sum up,the mixed extract of Tagetes erecta stem and flower is beneficial to the growth of tobacco and has a good effect on reducing the incidence of root-knot nematodes.
