摘 要:为了筛选出防治猕猴桃溃疡病的高效药剂,针对台州地区的猕猴桃溃疡病和当地气候条件,采用室内抑菌试验对32种杀菌剂进行了初筛,根据初筛结果采用涂抹和喷雾2种方法开展了不同杀菌剂的田间药效试验。结果表明:室内抑菌试验对溃疡病病菌的抑菌圈直径净增值大于9 mm的抑菌力较强的杀菌剂有12种,其中,抑菌圈直径净增值大于25 mm的有20%溴硝醇、0.3%四霉素和50%氯溴异氰尿酸3种,抑菌圈净增值为15~25 mm的杀菌剂有荧光假单胞杆菌和蜡质芽孢杆菌2种,抑菌圈净增值为9~15 mm的杀菌剂有3%噻霉酮、1.8%辛菌胺醋酸盐、30%琥胶肥酸铜、86.2%氧化亚铜、27.12%碱式硫酸铜、腐皮康和70%腐必清7种;不同杀菌剂涂抹的田间防治效果以0.3%四霉素水剂最好,平均防效为70.3%,其次是1.6%噻霉酮膏剂、27.12%碱式硫酸铜悬浮剂和3000亿CFU/g荧光假单胞杆菌粉剂,其平均防效分别为59.4%、67.9%和60.1%;不同杀菌剂喷雾的田间防治效果是0.3%四霉素水剂、3%噻霉酮水分散粒剂和27.12%碱式硫酸铜悬浮剂较好,其防效分别为71.3%、66.2%和65.1%。In order to screen highly effective bactericides and scientifically control kiwifruit bacterial canker,indoor inhibition tests were performed for the primary screening of 32 bactericides according to the incidence of kiwifruit bacterial canker and climate conditions in Taizhou area;then based on the primary screening results,the field efficacy tests of the bactericides screened out were subsequently conducted by the smear method and the spraying method.The results of indoor inhibition test showed that 12 bactericides got strong antibacterial force,which caused the net increment in diameter of the inhibition zone greater than 9 mm,including 20%Bronopol,0.3%tetramycin and 50%chloroisobromine cyanuric acid(the net increment in the inhibition zone diameter>25 mm),Pseudomonas fluorescens and Bacillus cereus(the net increment in the inhibition zone diameter between 15-25 mm),and 3%benziothiazolinone,1.8%Xinjunan acetate,30%copper(succinate+glutarate+adipate),86.2%cuprous oxide,27.12%copper dihydroxosulphate,Fupikang and 70%pine taroil(the net increment in the inhibition zone diameter between 9-15 mm).The field control effect of the smear method showed that tetramycin 0.3%AS achieved the best efficacy against kiwifruit bacterial canker,averagely reaching 70.3%;next were benziothiazolinone 1.6%PA,copper dihydroxosulphate 27.12%SC and Pseudomonas fluorescens 300 billion/g DP,with average efficacy of respective 59.4%,67.9%and 60.1%.The field control effect of the spray method showed that tetramycin 0.3%AS,benziothiazolinone 3%WG and copper dihydroxosulphate 27.12%SC reached 71.3%,66.2%and 65.1%,respectively against kiwifruit bacterial canker.
