摘　　要：变应性支气管肺曲霉病(ABPA)是一种变应性肺疾病,儿童临床症状常缺乏特异性,在我国儿童ABPA存在诊断不足、治疗不规范等问题。为提高广大医务工作者对本病的认识,由中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组等组织机构牵头,组织国内相关专家撰写了本共识。本共识重点介绍了儿童ABPA的发病机制、临床表现、诊断标准和治疗方法,旨在提高儿科医师对ABPA的认识,规范儿童ABPA的诊断和治疗。Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA)is a kind of allergic lung disease.The clinical symptoms are usually lack of specificity in children.ABPA in Chinese children is seriously under-diagnosed and the treatment of it is nonstandard.In order to improve the medical workers′understanding of ABPA,the Subspecialty Group of Respiratory Diseases,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association,etc took the lead in organizing domestic experts to write this consensus.The consensus focuses on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnostic criteria and treatment of ABPA in children,aiming at improving pediatricians′understanding of ABPA and standardizing the diagnosis and treatment of it in children.
