摘　　要：膨胀管技术是解决易漏地层、易坍塌地层钻完井作业以及高温、高压及腐蚀性地层开窗和修井作业的有效技术手段。相比国外,国内在膨胀管材料、筛管防砂性能、悬挂器悬挂和密封能力研究等方面还存在一定差距。为了促进我国膨胀管技术的发展,在介绍膨胀管作业原理的基础上,总结了国外膨胀管技术的发展现状及技术特点,主要包括斯伦贝谢Saltel膨胀管、Weatherford公司膨胀防砂筛管、哈里伯顿公司大口径膨胀尾管悬挂器、Enventure全球技术公司等直径钻井膨胀管,以及膨胀管材料、膨胀锥和膨胀管螺纹连接技术;之后介绍了中国石油的套管膨胀技术及中国石化的等井径膨胀管钻井技术;最后指出了膨胀管技术的发展趋势。国内膨胀管系统的研发需要专业科研单位通力合作,整合各项优质资源,逐步优化各个模块,以期早日实现产品自主化。The expandable tubular technology is an effective technical method to solve the problems of drilling and completion operations in the thief formations and easy-to-collapse formations,as well as the window opening and workover operations in high-temperature,high-pressure and corrosive formations.Compared with the research progress of foreign countries,there are still some gaps in the research of expandable tubular materials,sand control performance of screen pipe and hanger suspension and sealing ability in China.In this paper,the working principle of expandable tubulars was introduced and the development status and technical features of expandable tubular technology in foreign countries were summarized,mainly including Schlumberger Saltel expandable tubulars,Weatherford expandable sand control screen pipe, Halliburton large-diameter expandable liner hanger,monohole drilling expandable tubulars of Enventure Global Technology,as well as the expandable tubular materials,expandable cone and expandable tubular thread connection technology.In addition,the CNPC expandable casing technology and the Sinopec monohole expandable pipe drilling technology were also introduced.Finally,the development trend of expandable tubular technology was presented.In general,the research and development of domestic expandable tubular system needs the cooperation of professional scientific research units,the integration of various good resources and the optimization of each module,so as to realize the independent manufacture of expandable tubulars in China as soon as possible.
