摘　　要：超大城市空间治理关乎国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。针对超大城市空间治理需求,综合运用空间大数据技术,在超大城市空间治理基础理论方法、评估内容指标、多维度多时态的耦合分析评价模型、众源异构时空数据的智能化处理挖掘与动态更新技术、空间大数据治理平台等方面开展了研发和集成创新,利用时空大数据来分析和配置城市空间资源。成果重点服务规划实施评估、大城市病治理、生态环境保护、城市空间布局优化、资源利用效率提升和措施安全管理,有力支撑城市空间的有效、公平、可持续利用及城市内各地区间的相对均衡发展,保障了首都等超大城市空间治理工作顺利开展,提高了超大城市治理体系和治理能力现代化水平。The spatial governance of mega cities is related to the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.In response to the needs of spatial governance of megacities,spatial big data technology was comprehensively applied to carry out research,development and integrated innovation in the basic theory and methods of spatial governance of megacities,evaluation content indicators,multi-dimensional and multi temporal coupling analysis and evaluation model,intelligent processing,mining and dynamic updating technology of heterogeneous spatio-temporal data from multiple sources,spatial big data governance platform.The spatio-temporal big data were effectively explored to analyze and allocate urban space resources.The assessment of the implementation of the achievement service plan,the treatment of diseases in large cities,the protection of the ecological environment,the optimization of urban spatial layout,the improvement of resource utilization efficiency and the management of measure safety strongly supported the effective,fair and sustainable utilization of urban space and the relative balanced development of various regions in the city,guaranteed the smooth development of the spatial governance of the capital and other mega cities,and improved the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity of mega cities.
