摘 要:计算机视觉技术,非接触式影像中获得靠谱而且精准的量测信息内容,本文针对此应用需求,研究基于影像的多特征提取技术,开展测定时,规定速度更快且高精度伴随着工业生产制造水准的不断提升和制作工艺的不断完善,对检验方式也明确提出了更高的要求。目前,各种关键三维测量方式中,大中型三维坐标测量设备测量精度很高,但较贵且工作效能较低。特征提取时的精确度与光栅尺间隔相关,且仅适用表层波动不突出的平缓目标。高像素、高频率稳定度的数据三维成像电荷耦合器件(CCD)快速发展,电子计算机图像处理和计算机视觉技术应用的迅速发展,促进航空摄影机器视觉技术性变革为如今最有前途的一种现场精密加工三维坐标精准测量技术。Computer vision technology can obtain reliable and accurate measurement information content from non-contact images.In view of this application requirement,this paper studied image-based multi-feature extraction technology.When carrying out measurement,the specified speed and high precision were accompanied by industrial production.The continuous improvement of the manufacturing level and the continuous improvement of the production process had clearly put forward higher regulations on the inspection method.At present,among various key three-dimensional(3D)measurement methods,large and medium-sized 3D coordinate measuring equipment had high measurement accuracy,but was more expensive and had low work efficiency.The accuracy of feature extraction was related to the grating scale interval,and it was only suitable for flat targets with less prominent surface fluctuations.High-pixel,high-frequency stability data 3D imaging charge coupled device(CCD)components had a rapid development trend,and the rapid development of electronic computer image processing and computer vision technology applications had promoted the technology of aerial photography and machine vision to become one of the most promising on-site precision machining 3D coordinate precision measurement technology.
