摘　　要：本文利用已有房屋分层切片数据,不动产测绘成果的地、楼、房屋分层分户要素精确的真实坐标成果;采用“房地合一真三维实际坐标存库与共享技术”方法,建立和动态更新房地合一真三维实际坐标存库“一张图”库,满足了日常不动产管理需要,也为室内三维模型制作、真三维权籍可视化管理提供了一种便利经济高效途径。动态更新方便,具有创新和易复制性,有实用价值。In this paper,making use of the existing house slicing data,accurate real coordinate results of parcel of land,building,house stratification and household based on real estate surveying and mapping results,a method of“integration of real estate map and topographic map true three-dimensional(3D)actual coordinate database and sharing technology”was adopted to Establish and dynamically update the real three-dimensional actual coordinate repository"one map"Library of integration of real estate map and topographic map.The method met the needs of daily real estate management and also provided a convenient,cost-effective way for the visual management of indoor 3D models making and true 3D property right with advantages of the dynamic update convenience,easy to copy and practical value.
