测绘技术在违法建设发现中的应用

摘　　要：本文针对违法建设发现难的问题,结合违法建设发现和查处实际情况,对卫星遥感、街景扫描监测和移动定位巡查等测绘技术在违法建设发现中的应用进行了研究,制定了相应的技术流程;通过综合运用多种测绘技术,实现违法建设发现方式从空中到地面的全覆盖,从而准确、快速发现违法建设,为违法建设治理提供科学、高效技术支撑。By analyzing present situation and management measures of illegal constructions,these survey technologies including the satellite technology,streetscape monitoring technology and mobile patrol technology were studied based on discovery,investigating and punishing of the illegal construction.The appropriate technical process was established so that illegal constructions could be discovered quickly and accurately from the sky to the ground with a complete coverage,providing scientific and strong support for governance of illegal constructions.
