摘 要:为提高环氧复合涂层在304不锈钢表面的防腐性能,采用原位聚合法将聚苯胺(PANI)和氧化钕(Nd_(2)O_(3))制成PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)复合材料,再将其作为增料剂添加到环氧树脂(EP)中,制得PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)/EP复合涂层。通过改变PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)在环氧树脂中的含量,探究了PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)复合材料对复合涂层的附着力、防腐性能和疏水性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)复合材料可以提高涂层的附着力,增强其防腐性能及疏水性能。当PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)复合材料的质量分数为4%时,复合涂层的附着力、防腐性能和疏水性能均达到最佳。To improve the anticorrosion performance of epoxy composite coating on 304 stainless steel surface,a polyaniline/neodymium oxide(PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3))composite material was prepared by in-situ polymerization,and then added to epoxy resin(EP)as an additive,forming a PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)/EP composite coating.The effect of the PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)composite material on the adhesion strength,corrosion resistance,and hydrophobicity of EP-based composite coating was studied by changing its content in EP.The results showed that the addition of an appropriate amount of PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)can improve the adhesion strength,corrosion resistance,and hydrophobicity of coating.The composite coating with 4%(mass fraction)of PANI/Nd_(2)O_(3)had the best adhesion strength,corrosion resistance,and hydrophobicity.
