摘  要:采用电化学合成技术在泡沫铜(CF)上制备镍铁(Ni-Fe)和镍钴(Ni-Co)合金薄膜作为析氢电催化剂。通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪分析了催化剂的表面形貌和化学成分,并利用电化学测试技术探究了它们在1 mol/L KOH溶液中的电催化析氢活性和耐久性。结果表明,Ni-Co/CF电催化剂聚集在一起形成了致密的薄膜,而Ni-Fe/CF电催化剂显示出沟壑状表面。两种合金薄膜催化剂的析氢反应动力学均由Volmer步骤控制。Ni-Co/CF电催化剂具有较大的电化学活性面积和良好的析氢性能,而Ni-Fe/CF电催化剂的析氢耐久性较好,两者的析氢稳定性均有待提升。A Ni-Fe alloy film and a Ni-Co alloy film were prepared by electrosynthesis on copper foam(CF),and then used as catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The surface morphology and elemental compositions of the catalysts were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy-dispersive spectroscopy.Some electrochemical measurements were carried out to evaluate the electrocatalytic activity and durability for HER in 1 mol/L KOH solution.The HER kinetics of both the electrocatalysts was controlled by the Volmer step.The Ni-Co/CF electrocatalyst presented a compact film,while the Ni-Fe/CF electrocatalyst had a gully morphology.The Ni-Co/CF electrocatalyst had larger electrochemical active area and better hydrogen evolution performance,while the Ni-Fe/CF electrocatalyst had better durability for HER.Both the electrocatalysts need to be improved in hydrogen evolution stability.
