摘 要:为明确光质对球等鞭金藻生长情况、岩藻黄素及脂肪酸含量的影响,以4种不同光质(白光、蓝光、绿光及红光)对球等鞭金藻进行培养,测定其细胞数、干细胞重量、岩藻黄素含量、脂肪酸含量及各脂肪酸成分含量。结果表明,球等鞭金藻在蓝光培养下获得了最高的细胞数、岩藻黄素含量及DHA含量;但白光培养下的干细胞重量最大,红光次之;红光培养下脂肪酸含量最高,绿光其次。综上可知,球等鞭金藻可通过不同波长的光调控自身生长及岩藻黄素及各脂肪酸的积累。In order to clarify the effect of light quality on the growth of Isochrysis galbana,fucoxanthin content and fatty acid content,Isochrysis galbana was cultured under four different light qualities(white light,blue light,green light and red light),and then the cell number,stem cell weight,fucoxanthin content,fatty acid content and various fatty acid composition content were determined.The results showed that Isochrysis galbana obtained the highest cell number,fucoxanthin content and DHA content cultivated in blue light.But the weight of stem cells cultivated in white light was the largest,followed by red light;the fatty acid content was the highest cultivated in red light,followed by green light.In summary,Isochrysis galbana could regulate its growth and the accumulation of fucoxanthin and various fatty acids by different wavelengths of light.
