摘  要:钼精选尾矿含泥量较多,粒度微细,可浮性差,容易恶化原流程分选效果,造成大量钼金属损失。针对公司钼精选尾矿品位波动的实际情况,在高品位(钼含量0.6%左右)和低品位(钼含量0.3%左右)钼精选尾矿两个条件下开展微细粒钼精选尾矿柱浮选半工业试验,考查浮选柱对钼精选尾矿的分选性能。试验结果表明:经过旋流-静态微泡浮选柱“一粗二精一扫”闭路连续分选,对于钼品位为0.677%的钼精选尾矿,可获得钼品位30.069%、回收率68.04%的钼精矿;对于钼品位0.357%左右的钼精选尾矿,可获得钼品位15.936%、回收率34.69%的钼精矿。工艺应用于生产,达到预期效果。Molybdenum cleaning tailings have more waste mud, fine particle size, and poor floatability, which will negatively impact the effectiveness of the original separation process and lead to significant loss of molybdenum metal.In view of the actual situation of the grade fluctuation of molybdenum fine tailings in the company, semi-industrial tests of column flotation on both high-grade(about 0.6%) and low-grade(about 0.3%) molybdenum cleaning tailings were carried out, and the separation performance of the whole process flotation column was examined on molybdenum cleaning tailings.The results show that after the closed-circuit continuous separation of “one coarse, two fine, and one sweep” process using cyclone static microbubble flotation column, molybdenum cleaning tailings with 0.677% molybdenum content, molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 30.069% and recovery rate of 68.04% can be obtained;Molybdenum cleaning tailings with 0.357% molybdenum content, molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 15.936% and recovery rate of 34.69% can be obtained.Through industrial production, the expected effect has been achieved.
