摘  要:提出了一种制备正钼酸钾粉体的新方法。该方法以水为溶剂,纯三氧化钼与氢氧化钾反应、蒸发结晶、烘干等工序,得到高纯正钼酸钾。通过考察pH、搅拌转速及合成温度对合成正钼酸钾的影响,得出了合成正钼酸钾优选工艺,同时用XRD、能谱表征合成的样品是正钼酸钾,用扫描电镜表征正钼酸钾形貌为棱柱棒状。A new method for potassium orthomolybdate powder preparation was proposed.Using water as a solvent, high purity potassium orthomolybdate was obtained by the following processes including reaction of pure molybdenum trioxide with potassium hydroxide, evaporation crystallization and drying.The optimal synthesis process of potassium orthomolybdate was obtained by investigating the influence of pH, stirring speed and synthesis temperature on the synthesis of potassium orthomolybdate.At the same time, the synthesized sample was characterized as potassium orthomolybdate by XRD and energy spectrum, and the morphology of potassium orthomolybdate was prismatic rod shape by scanning electron microscope.
