摘　　要：西汉二世皇帝刘盈的政治人格对当时的政治及后世文化均有重要影响,虽然刘盈在成长中屡受父母伤害,但始终宽仁孝敬。他在位时间虽短,却尽力稳定政局,休养民力。刘盈深受商山四皓、张良及功臣集团拥戴,其作为储君符合布衣将相的预期与时代民意。刘盈即位后,选用曹参为相,无为而治,轻徭薄税,弛商贾之律,废秦苛法,促进了民生恢复和社会发展。孝惠帝刘盈虽然备受权欲膨胀的吕雉迫害,但并非一味逆来顺受,不乏血性倔强。他坚守白马誓约,压制外戚势力,对高祖祭祀极尽礼敬,爱护手足亲情,恭敬爱士,君臣关系和谐,倡兴孝悌力田,其统治充满人性与民本关怀,为后世留下了以孝为谥的政治遗产。The political personality of Liu Ying,the second emperor of the Western Han Dynasty,had an important impact on the politics of that time and the culture of later generations.Although repeatedly hurt by his parents in his growth,he was always lenient and filial,resting the people,stabilizing the political situation,and making many achievements in his short reign.Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty was wayward because of Empress Lv.Liu Ying was deeply loved by four noble and old scholars in Shang Mountain,Zhang Liang and the meritorious group.As a crown prince,Liu Ying met the expectations of commoner generals and ministers and the public opinion of the times.After Emperor Xiaohui ascended the throne,Cao Shen was chosen as the prime minister to govern by doing nothing,levying light taxes,relaxing the laws of merchants,and abolishing the harsh laws of Qin Dynasty,which is conducive to the restoration of people′s livelihood and social development.Although Emperor Xiaohui was persecuted by Lv Zhi with inflated power desire,he was not blindly submissive,and there was no lack of blood stubbornness.He adhered to the white horse oath to suppress the forces of royal relatives on the side of the emperor′mother or wife,paid great respect to the sacrifice for Emperor Gaozu,cherished the brotherhood and kinship,sustained a harmonious relationship between monarchs and officials,advocated filial piety and fraternity,and was full of human nature and people-oriented care,leaving a political heritage with filial piety as the posthumous title for future generations.
