摘  要:师范生作为未来教师队伍的后备军,其课堂教学能力不仅影响教学质量和课堂效果,更关乎基础教育事业的改革和发展。对师范生课堂教学能力进行评价是为新手教师提供了查漏补缺、发掘潜能的机会,这无疑是提高教学水平、实现有效教学的绝佳途径。在建构主义学习理论和发展性教师评价理论的思想引领下,运用文献分析法,结合已有的研究成果,将师范生课堂教学能力评价体系的一级指标设定为教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、教学创新、教师素质等,这对进一步完善师范生课堂教学能力评价具有参考意义。As the reserve force of future teachers, normal students’ teaching ability not only affects the current teaching quality and teaching effect, but also relates to the reform and development of basic education in the long run. The evaluation of normal students’ teaching ability provides novice teachers with the opportunity to check deficiencies, fill gaps and explore their potential, which is undoubtedly an excellent way to improve teaching level and realize effective teaching. Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory and developmental teacher evaluation theory, using the method of literature analysis and combined with the existing research results, this study constructs the primary index of normal students’ teaching ability evaluation system, which is composed of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching process, teaching innovation and teachers’ quality. It has reference significance for further improving the evaluation of normal students’ teaching ability.
