摘　　要：曲札茋苷是从传统藏药拉萨大黄中提取得到的一种二苯乙烯苷类单体化合物,是拉萨大黄的主要有效成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保护心血管等多种药理活性。近年来,曲札茋苷的各种生物活性和药理作用逐渐被发现,但大多还未明确其作用靶点,有待深入研究。现代药理学研究表明,其主要在心脑血管治疗方面有较大开发潜力,通过降低血液黏度、改善脑循环,抑制血小板聚集,从而抑制血栓形成;同时通过抑制氧化应激和小胶质活化,减轻缺血-再灌注引起的神经细胞凋亡和继发性炎症。本文从来源、理化性质、分离提取、含量测定、药理作用等多个角度对曲札茋苷的相关研究进行整理,以期拓宽科研者的研究思路,加快明确其发挥药效作用的靶点,为曲札茋苷的进一步开发利用提供科学的理论依据。Piceatannol-3’-O-β-D-glucopyranosideisastilbene glycosidemonomer compound extracted fromthetraditional Tibetan medicine Rheum lhasaense A.J.Li et P.K.Haiao. It is the main active ingredient of Rheum lhasaense A.J.Li et P.K.Haiao. It has various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-tumor, and cardiovascular protection.Inrecentyears,variousbiologicalactivitiesandpharmacologicaleffectsofPiceatannol-3’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside have been gradually discovered, but most of them have not yet clarified their action targets and need to be further studied.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has great potential for development in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular therapy. It can reduce blood viscosity, improve cerebral circulation, and inhibit platelet aggregation, thereby inhibiting thrombosis. At the same time, it can inhibit oxidative stress and microglial activation, attenuates neuronal apoptosis and secondary inflammation induced by ischemia-reperfusion. In this paper, the related researches on Piceatannol-3’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside are sorted out from the perspectives of source, physicochemical properties,separation and extraction, content determination, pharmacological effects, etc., in order to broaden the research ideas of researchers and speed up the identification of the target of its medicinal effect. Further development and utilization provide scientific theoretical basis.
