摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在小肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年8月至2019年12月医院收治的经手术确诊的45例小肠梗阻患者的临床资料,术前均行MSCT检查,以手术诊断结果为金标准,分析MSCT诊断小肠梗阻的准确率,并比较MSCT与手术对梗阻程度、梗阻部位、肠壁缺血征象及梗阻原因的诊断情况。结果MSCT诊断小肠梗阻的准确率为100%。MSCT与手术对梗阻程度、梗阻部位、肠壁缺血征象及梗阻原因的诊断情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MSCT能够准确诊断小肠梗阻,且对梗阻程度、梗阻部位、肠壁缺血征象及梗阻原因的诊断情况与手术无异,可为临床治疗提供可靠的影像学依据。Objective The value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)in the diagnosis of small bowel obstruction was investigated.Methods With the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 45 patients with small bowel obstruction diagnosed by surgery in hospital from August 2018 to December 2019,MSCT was performed before operation.The accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of small bowel obstruction was analyzed,with the results of surgical diagnosis as the gold standard.In addition,the diagnosis of the degree of obstruction,the location of obstruction,the signs of intestinal wall ischemia and the cause of obstruction in MSCT were compared with those of surgery.Results The accuracy of MSCT in diagnosing small bowel obstruction was 100%.There were no significant differences between MSCT and surgery in the diagnosis of the degree,location,signs of intestinal ischemia and the cause of obstruction(P>0.05).Conclusion Small bowel obstruction can be accurately diagnosed by MSCT,and the diagnosis of the degree,location,signs of intestinal ischemia and the cause of obstruction is the same as that of surgery,which can provide reliable imaging basis for clinical treatment.
