摘　　要：该研究通过分析三级综合医院教育部门管理职责,采用ASP.NET开发语言,嵌入Oracle数据库,自主研发医院教育管理信息系统,为综合性医院教育管理工作提供了技术支撑。经过3年多的应用实践,对院校教育、毕业后教育、在职教育及专业技能训练等教学信息进行高度集成,实现了各类人员及各部门数据的共享共用,有效优化了管理业务流程,提升了医院教育管理工作质量和效率。This study analyzed the management responsibilities of the education department of the tertiary general hospital, and adopted ASP NET development tool, embedded in Oracle database, independently developed the hospital education management information system, providing technical support for the education management of comprehensive hospitals. After more than 3 years of application practice, the teaching information of college education, post graduation education, in-service education and professional skills training has been highly integrated, realizing the sharing and sharing of data among various personnel and departments, effectively optimizing the management business process, and improving the quality and efficiency of hospital education management.
