摘　　要：获得性反应性穿通性胶原病(ARPC)是一种以变性胶原经表皮排出为特征的穿通性疾病,可并发于各个系统疾病,临床疗效也跟是否伴随其他疾病有一定的联系,也常因合并疾病繁杂而无法判断因果及预后。目前该病发病机理尚未阐明,可能与胶原稳态、微创伤有关,部分分子异常表达影响胶原稳态和皮肤微创伤继而发生ARPC。笔者简要回顾病例报道后针对发病环节一些相关分子进行系统综述,以期为该疾病药物研发及临床治疗提供一定的理论及思路借鉴。Acquired reactive perforating collagen disease(ARPC) is a penetrating disease characterized by the excretion of denatured collagen through the epidermis,which can be complicated in various systemic diseases. The clinical curative effect is also related to whether it is accompanied by other diseases,and it is often impossible to judge cause and effect and prognosis because of complicated complications. At present,the pathogenesis of the disease has not been clarified,which may be related to collagen homeostasis and micro-trauma. Abnormal expression of some molecules affects collagen homeostasis and skin micro-trauma,and then ARPC occurs. This paper systematically reviewed some related molecules in the pathogenesis,in order to provide some theoretical and train of thought reference for drug development and clinical treatment of the disease.
