摘　　要：农村地籍和房屋调查数据库建库是农村宅基地和集体建设用地使用权确权登记和发证工作的一项重要内容。本文通过长乐区宅基地和集体建设用地确权登记发证工作项目为例,研究农村地籍和房屋调查数据库建库技术方法,以及建库过程中遇到的问题提出解决方法。The establishment of rural cadastral and housing survey database is an important content of the confirmation, registration and certification of the use right of rural homestead and collective construction land. Taking the confirmation, registration and certification of homestead and collective construction land in Changle City as an example, this paper studies the technical methods of building rural cadastral and housing survey database, as well as the problems encountered in the process of building the database, and puts forward solutions.
