摘　　要：基于GDAL开发了测量控制数据管理与应用系统,其中管理功能提供了控制数据可视化、加密处理、存储、编辑、质检、查询下载等,应用功能主要是不同基准和相同基准下的坐标系统转换,KML数据交换文件的编辑、生成、数据交换等功能。控制数据加载至可视化底图时使用了数据加密技术,在实现可视化管理和提升坐标转换精度的同时,保证了数据安全。The measurement control data management and application system is developed based on GDAL. The management function provides control data visualization, storage, editing, quality inspection, query and download. The application functions are coordinate system conversion under different ellipsoidal datum and the same ellipsoidal datum. Editing, generation and data exchange of KML data exchange files. The data encryption technology is used when the control data is loaded into the visual base map, which not only realizes the visual management and improves the coordinate conversion accuracy, but also ensures the data security.
