摘　　要：目的对茯苓与山药加工品进行鉴别,以保证临床用药品种正确、用量准确。方法采用来源、性状、显微、理化等鉴定方法进行区别比较。结果茯苓与山药在来源、性状、显微、理化等方面有显著差别。结论本方法简单易行,可作为中药材商品流通以及临床应用中药质量控制的一种鉴别方法。OBJECTIVE To identify Poria cocos and Dioscoreae Rhizoma processed products,to ensure the correct clinical use and accurate dosage of drug varieties.METHODS The use of sources,traits,microscopic,physical and chemical identification methods was distinguished and compared.RESULTS Poria cocos and Dioscoreae Rhizoma sources,traits,microscopy,physical and chemical had significant differences.CONCLUSION This method is simple and easy to use,and can be used as a method of identification for the commercial circulation of Chinese herbal medicines and quality control of clinical applications of Chinese medicines.
