摘　　要：目的探讨香黄散对预防胸腰椎骨折患者便秘发生的作用。方法采用随机数字表法将194例胸腰椎骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用由大黄和木香配伍而成的糊剂敷脐,观察住院期间两组患者排便情况变化。结果观察组平均周排便次数(3.47±1.76)次,多于对照组(2.76±1.65)次(P<0.05);平均排便时间(9.36±5.19)min,短于对照组(11.35±7.63)min(P<0.05)。观察组预防便秘总有效率(89.77%),明显高于对照组(75.53%),且差异具统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.36,P<0.05),观察组用药期间对敷药无明显不良反应。结论大黄、木香糊剂穴位贴敷能有效预防胸腰椎骨折患者便秘发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of rhubarb and costus on the prevention of constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fractures.METHODS A random number table method was used to divide 194 patients with thoracolumbar fractures into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given the addition of the cataplasm composed of rhubarb and costus on the basis of the control group.The changes in defecation of the two groups of patients during hospitalization were observed.RESULTS The average number of defecation per week in the observation group was(3.47±1.76),which was more than that in the control group(2.76±1.65)(P<0.05);the mean defecation time was(9.36±5.19)minutes,which was shorter than that in the control group(11.35±7.63)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of constipation prevention in the observation group(89.77%)was higher than that in the control group(75.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.36,P<0.05).The observation group had no obvious adverse reactions to the cataplasm during the treatment period.CONCLUSION The application of the cataplasm can effectively prevent constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fractures.
