摘　　要：目的研究生长激素配伍芬吗通治疗中重度宫腔粘连的效果。方法选择中重度宫腔粘连60例,研究组和对照组各30例。两组均行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术,研究组术后口服芬吗通+皮下注射重组人生长激素2周期,对照组术后口服芬吗通2周期,比较宫腔镜二探术中宫腔粘连的复发情况,以及术后3个月的子宫内膜厚度。结果研究组的粘连复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.038)。与对照组相比,研究组术后3个月子宫内膜厚度增加具有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论中重度宫腔粘连分离术后应用重组人生长激素配伍芬吗通治疗可降低粘连复发,增加子宫内膜厚度。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of growth hormone combined with femoston on the treatment of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions.METHODS Sixty patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions were selected,with 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group.Hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesion was performed in both groups.After operation,the study group was treated with oral femuston and subcutaneous injection of recombinant human growth hormone for 2 cycles,while the control group was treated with femuston only.The recurrence of intrauterine adhesions by the second hysteroscopic operation and the endometrial thickness 3 months later were compared.RESULTS The recurrence rate of adhesions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Compared with the control group,the endometrial thickness of the study group increased statistically at 3 months after operation(P=0.037).CONCLUSION Recombinant human growth hormone combined with femoston could be used after the separation of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions,which can reduce adhesion recurrence and increase endometrial thickness.
