摘　　要：社区公园是城市公园系统中与居民日常生活联系最紧密的公园绿地类型之一。科学、完善的社区公园规划体系和管理模式有助于促进城市可持续发展和增进公众健康福祉。以美国多个城市为例,梳理归纳其城市公园与开放空间规划、城市公园服务分区规划和社区公园规划设计3个尺度的社区公园规划特色,并总结社区公园项目投资建设、公园评价和运营维护的管理内容。最后,分别从规划体系、投资模式、评估机制和公众参与4个方面对中国社区公园的规划与管理提出建议。Community parks are the green spaces in the urban park system which have the closest connection with residents’ daily lives. A scientific and sound community park planning system and management mode will help to promote sustainable urban development and public well-being. Taking several cities in America as examples, this paper summarizes the characteristics of community park planning at three scales, including urban park and open space plan, urban park service area plan, and community park plan and design. Then, this paper analyzes the management mode of project investment construction,park evaluation, operation, and maintenance of community parks.Finally, suggestions and enlightenment are made for the planning and management of community parks in China from four aspects:planning system, investment model, evaluation mechanism, and public participation.
