“细思恐极”及其变体发展前景——基于社会反响的实证调查和学术研究

摘　　要：根据电脑检索,多年前面世的网络新成语“细思恐极”以及“细思极恐”已经进入正式出版物,为社会广泛使用。“细思恐极”与“细思极恐”虽可互相替代,但语用功能不尽相同,彼此为变体关系。二者之所以得以用开,除了因为它们言简意丰、琅琅上口、既可充当句法成分又可独立成句,同时因为它们在形式上吻合于汉语高度重视结构对称的类型学特征。它们终将为辞书所吸纳,成为俗成语中具有特殊时代背景的新成员。According to computer retrieval, the new internet idiom xi si kong ji and its variant xi si ji kong, which came into use many years ago, now have entered the official publications and are widely used in the society. Being variants mutually, they can replace each other in use, but they have different pragmatic functions. They are concise, catchy and have strong grammatical universality, and meanwhile consistent with the typological characteristics of Chinese in form and attach great importance to structural symmetry. Therefore,they are widely used. As for their future, they will eventually be accepted by dictionaries and become new members of idioms with special historical background.
