摘  要:介绍了轧辊铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了采用中频感应电炉生产高品质的球墨铸铁轧辊的工艺,通过生产实践,得出结论:(1)以废钢和回炉料为原料代替生铁,采用增碳的方法来调节碳含量生产的球墨铸铁轧辊,与普通铸铁相比,球化率由70%提高到96%,抗拉强度明显提高,并且力学性能波动范围不大;(2)通过采用合成铸铁工艺,采用废钢代替生铁进行熔炼,降低了生产成本;(3)减少高纯或超高纯生铁的消耗量,间接减少了污染物排放。The structure and technical requirements of roll castings were introduced.The process of producing high-quality nodular iron rolls by medium frequency induction furnace was described in detail.Through production practice,the conclusions were drawn:(1)Using scrap steel and returning material as raw materials to replace pig iron and the method of carburizing process to adjust the carbon content,compared with ordinary cast iron,the nodular iron roll nodularity rate was increased from 70%to 96%.The tensile strength was significantly improved and the fluctuation range of mechanical properties was small.(2)By adopting the synthetic cast iron process,the production cost was reduced by using scrap steel for pig iron to melt.(3)Pollutant emissions reduced by reducing consumption of high-purity or ultra-high-purity pig iron,indirectly.
