摘  要:介绍了铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了原生产工艺及在厚大部位出现的缩孔问题,利用CAE技术辅助分析了缩孔产生的原因,发现最后凝固位置凝固所产生石墨化膨胀可将金属液补充到铸件较厚大的箱盖连接处,在这些位置再次产生二次收缩时,箱盖连接处凝固析出的石墨无法将所剩不多的液态金属挤回,因此产生了缩孔缺陷。最后通过在5个较厚位置及箱盖连接处增加了冷铁,加快此处的铁液凝固速度,均衡铸件整体的凝固时间,有效防止了缩孔缺陷,生产出了合格铸件。The structure and technical requirements of the casting were introduced.The original production process and the shrinkage cavity in the thick and large parts were described in detail.The CAE technology was used to assist the analysis the cause of the shrinkage cavity.The graphitization expansion caused by solidification at the final solidification position was found could replenish molten metal to the connection of the thick and large cover in casting.When the secondary shrinkage occurred at these positions,the graphite solidified at the joint of the box cover couldn't squeeze the remaining liquid metal back.That was the reason of defect.Finally,by adding cold iron at the 5 thick positions at the connection of box cover,the solidification speed of molten iron was accelerated.The solidification time of the whole casting was balanced.The shrinkage hole defect was effectively prevented and a qualified castings were produced.
