摘  要:分析了砂芯结构及砂芯材料对S系列气缸盖内腔烧结缺陷的影响,指出热节部位的细薄砂芯受铁液长时间的热作用是造成内腔烧结的主要原因。经过多轮试验,采取了以下改进措施,解决了缸盖水道内腔烧结问题,防止了铸件气孔缺陷的升高:(1)选用CUB复合砂,添加高效砂芯改性剂;(2)在烧结部位预刷锆英粉涂料,整体浸涂新型水基涂料;(3)优化砂芯排气通道,更改芯头结构,调整外型压砂环结构及尺寸,减少铁液封堵排气通道;(4)加大铁液溢流槽尺寸。Influence of sand core structure and material on sintering defect in inner cavity of S-series cylinder head was analyzed.It was pointed that the small thin sand core being long time heated was the reason causing inner cavity to be sintered.After multiple times of testing,the sintering problem in water channel cavity of cylinder head was solved,the blowhole defect increasing was prevented by adopting following improving measures:(1)Use CUB composite sand,add high effect sand core modifier.(2)Pre-brush zirconium powder coating,all cores together dip-coating new type water-based coating.(3)Optimize venting channel of sand cores,change core print structure,adjust structure and size of the mold pressing ring to reduce iron liquid plugging venting channels.(4)Enlarge iron liquid overflowing canal size.
