户内变电站GIS室均布活载标准值及复核方法研究

摘  要:文章通过对工程实例的计算分析,发现DL/T 5457—2012《变电站建筑结构设计技术规程》关于220 kV户内变电站GIS室楼面均布活载标准值及有关系数的局限和不足。针对电气间隔布置紧凑、框架结构为短边单跨且跨度较大的GIS室布置形式,经总结多个工程实例的计算结果,建议110 kV GIS室的楼面均布活载标准值取12 kN/m2,同时,计算墙、柱、主梁和基础时不对该楼面均布活载乘以折减系数;建议220 kV GIS室的楼面均布活载标准值仍取10 kN/m2,活载折减系数取0.7,与DL/T 5457—2012一致。相比设备活载按实分布重新建模计算的复杂验算方法,文章提出了一种便捷有效的复核方法,用于施工图设计阶段设备资料齐全后复核GIS室楼面均布活载标准值,确保户内变GIS室结构设计的安全性和经济性要求。Based on the calculation and analysis of engineering examples,this paper finds out the limitation and deficiency of the uniform live load standard value and related coefficient on the floor of GIS(gas-insulated metal-enclose switchgear)room of 220 kV indoor substation in Technical specification for structural design of substation buildings(DL/T 5457-2012).For the layout of GIS room with compact electrical spacing and frame structure with single large span,based on the calculation results of several engineering examples,it is suggested that the uniform live load standard value on the floor of 110 kV GIS room should be 12 kN/m2.Meanwhile,the standard value of uniform live load on the floor should not be multiplied by the reduction coefficient when calculating the wall,column,main beam and foundation.It is suggested that the standard value of live load distributed on the floor of 220 kV GIS should still be 10 kN/m2 and the reduction coefficient of live load should be 0.7,which is consistent with the specification DL/T 5457-2012.Compared with the complex checking method of re-modeling and re-calculating the live load of equipment according to the real distribution,this paper proposes a convenient and effective checking method,which can be used to check the uniform live load standard value on the floor of GIS room after completing the equipment data in the construction drawing design stage,so as to ensure the safety and economic requirements of the structural design of GIS room of indoor substation.
