摘 要:本文基于汽轮发电机组高位布置,对发电机出口长距离垂直段离相封闭母线的支持结构进行研究与探讨。通过对支持装置的结构设计、应力和位移计算等方面的详细分析。得出以下结论:垂直段母线每楼层设置一组支持结构,其母线及支持结构受力分布均匀、变形微小,且每楼层间设置一组母线伸缩节,很好地解决了母线因自重、温度变化等引起的位移;直段的运输、安装和检修均安全可靠;长距离垂直段母线布置方式是可行的,制造厂有设计、制造经验,且已在工程中实施。Based on the high position arrangement of the turbine generator set,the support structure of the long distance vertical IPBD of the generator outlet is studied and discussed.The structural design,stress and displacement calculation of the support device are analyzed in detail.The following conclusions are drawn:each floor of the vertical section bus is provided with a group of supporting structures,the force distribution of the bus and the supporting structure is uniform,and the deformation is small,and each floor is provided with a group of bus expansion joints,which can well solve the displacement of the bus due to the dead weight,temperature change,etc.;Straight section of transportation,installation and maintenance are safe and reliable;Long distance vertical section busbar layout is feasible,the manufacturer has design and manufacturing experience,and has been implemented in the project.
