摘 要:以火电厂常用主蒸汽管道P92钢作为研究对象,对ID425×115规格的窄间隙自动埋弧焊的焊接工艺性和接头的力学性能进行评定研究,发现窄间隙自动埋弧焊焊接工艺性优秀,焊缝成形美观,脱渣性良好。通过拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度和金相等试验,发现窄间隙自动埋弧焊接头强度高于母材620 MPa,侧弯与母材熔合良好,冲击韧性平均值高于41 J,微观组织为回火马氏体,均满足能源行业标准NB/T 47014—2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》的要求。通过与传统埋弧焊坡口比较,发现窄间隙自动埋弧焊的焊接质量良好,焊接效率、焊接成本和劳动强度均有明显改善。综合考虑焊接设备适应性和焊接综合效益,该研究为窄间隙自动埋弧焊技术在火电厂管道工厂化预制中的应用提供了技术支撑。Narrow gap submerged arc welding with welding quality,welding efficiency high characteristic,based on the main steam piping P92 steel of thermal power plant commonly used as the research object,the ID425×115 specifications of the narrow gap submerged arc welding in the welding process and mechanical properties of joint evaluation study,found that narrow gap submerged arc welding craft excellent,weld forming good-looking,deslagging good.Through tests on tensile,bending,impact,hardness and metallographic,it was found that the strength of the welded joint with narrow gap submerged arc welding was 620 MPa higher than that of the base metal,the lateral bending fused well with the base metal,the average impact toughness was higher than 41J,and the microstructure was tempered martensite,which all met the standard requirements of Welding Process Evaluation for Pressure Equipment(NB/T 47014-2011).Compared with traditional submerged arc welding groove,it is found that the welding quality,welding efficiency,welding cost and labor intensity of narrow gap submerged arc welding are significantly improved.Considering the adaptability of welding equipment and the comprehensive benefits of welding,the application of narrow gap submerged arc welding technology in factory prefabrication of thermal power plant pipeline provides technical support.
