摘  要:流道是灯泡贯流式机组电站的关键部位,在电航枢纽工程中施工难度大、技术要求高,流道施工的速度往往决定厂房的整体工期进度。国内针对复杂条件下灯泡贯流机组流道施工研究较少。以唐家渡电航厂房工程为例,机组流道受厂房进水口布置的凤台大桥交叉施工干扰影响,通过设置纵向分缝将机组流道与进水口闸墩分开浇筑、采用履带吊代替进水口门塔机进行垂直水平运输、针对流道尾水出口圆变方的渐变段采用定制异形模板及钢木组合模板、多种入仓方式进行流道混凝土浇筑,有效解决复杂条件下灯泡贯流机组流道施工难题,提高施工效率,保证混凝土浇筑效果和施工进度。The flow path is the key part of the bulb tubular turbine unit,with great construction difficulty and high technical requirements in the hydropower and navigation project.The speed of flow path construction often determines the overall construction schedule of the hydropower house.In China,there are few researches on the flow path construction of bulb tubular turbine unit under complex conditions.Basing on Tangjiadu hydropower and navigation hydropower station project,this paper has studied the interference effect of the cross construction between the flow path and Fengtai bridge,which is arranged by the inlet of hydropower house.The longitudinal seam is used to separate the flow path and the water intake pier,and the crawler crane is used for vertical horizontal transportation instead of the intake tower crane.The customized special-shaped formwork and steel wood composite formwork are adopted for the transition section of the Round to square gradient segment at the outlet of the channel tailrace.Various warehousing methods are adopted for flow path concrete pouring.It has effectively solved the difficult problem of the flow path construction of bulb tubular turbine under complex conditions,improved the construction efficiency,ensured the concrete pouring effect,and speeded up the construction progress.
