基于科技查新项目角度评价河北省中医药学科研的发展状况  

Evaluation on the Development of Scientific Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hebei Province from the Perspective of Novelty Search of Scientific and Technological Projects

摘　　要：目的 基于科技查新项目角度评价河北省中医药学科研的发展状况。方法 采用Microsoft Excel构建2017年1月-2020年12月年河北省医学情报研究所完成的中医药学查新项目数据库,统计项目的数量、鉴定查新、国内外查新、不同性质单位申请查新项目的数量,以及不同学科专业的查新项目数量。结果 2017-2019年中医药学查新呈逐年下降的趋势,而2020年有一定程度下降,2018年鉴定查新最少,随后呈逐年升高的趋势;国内外查新较少,均未超过2%,但是呈显著性逐年升高趋势;中医医院(或院校)的查新比例均超过40%,呈逐年升高的趋势;综合医院(或院校)的查新比例也超过40%,但是呈逐年降低的趋势;每年中西医结合医院(或院校)申请的查新比例均未超过6%;医药企业未申请查新。中医药学查新项目主要集中在中医内科学、针灸疗法、中医外科学、中医基础理论、中医骨伤科学、中医肿瘤科学和中医妇科学,其它学科的查新数量较少。结论 本省中医药学科研水平显著提升,立项和成果转化呈良性发展,但是高水平创新的科研稀缺,医药企业科研有待进一步加强,人才培养、学科建设、服务机构建设和信息化建设的科研薄弱。Objective To evaluate the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) research in Hebei Province from the perspective of scientific and technological novelty search project.Methods Microsoft Excel was used to construct a database of Chinese medicine novelty search projects completed by Hebei Medical Information Institute from January 2017 to December 2020. The number of projects, identification novelty search, domestic and foreign novelty search, the number of novelty search projects applied by units of different nature, and the number of novelty search projects in different disciplines were counted.Results From 2017 to 2019, the novelty assessment of traditional Chinese medicine showed a downward trend year by year, while it decreased to a certain extent in 2020. In 2018, the novelty assessment was the least, and then increased year by year. Less domestic and foreign novelty, did not exceed 2%, but showed a significant upward trend year by year;traditional Chinese medicine hospitals(or institutions) novelty rate of more than 40%, an increasing trend year by year;general hospitals(or institutions) of the novelty rate of more than 40%, but showed a decreasing trend year by year;each year integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital(or college) to apply for novelty ratio did not exceed 6%;pharmaceutical enterprises did not apply for novelty search. The novelty search projects of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focus on internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, surgery of traditional Chinese medicine, basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine, oncology of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. The number of novelty search in other disciplines is small.
