摘  要:分析了灰铸铁S16R2柴油机机体铸件的结构特点和工艺特性,确定采用底脚板在上的立式浇注位置、树脂自硬砂组箱造型工艺。采取大孔出流方式设计了浇注系统,用MAGMA软件对充型、凝固过程等进行模拟分析,确定了浇注系统及浇道比为ΣS_(直)∶ΣS_(阻)∶ΣS_(内)=1.26∶1∶1.34,出铁温度1400~1430℃,浇注温度1360~1380℃,浇注时间48~52 s等,并对试制件铸造残余压应力测试及模拟对比,一次开发试制出合格产品。The structural and technological characteristics of gray cast iron S16R2 diesel engine body castings were analyzed,and the vertical casting position on the sole plate and the molding process of resin self-hardening sand box were determined.The MAGMA software was used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the pouring system.The pouring system and gate ratio were determined asΣS_(sprue):ΣS_(choke):ΣS_(gate)=1.26:1:1.34,the iron-out temperature was 1400~1430℃,and the pouring temperature was 1360~1380℃.The casting time is 48~52 s,and the casting residual compressive stress test and simulation comparison of the pilot parts,a qualified product is developed and trial-produced.
