摘 要:航空用硅溶胶熔模精铸件因多腔体结构、形状复杂等因素影响,型壳清理难度较大,甚至因型壳清除不净、型壳卷入铸件等问题导致产品报废。通过分析面层锆英石粉、锆英石砂的成分,焙烧前、焙烧后及浇注后型壳面层、过渡层、背层的显微结构和型壳强度变化,得出型壳残余强度高或者型壳面层被高温铝液剥蚀是根本原因,采取优化锆英石粉粒度、级配及制壳工艺等措施改善了型壳清理效果,为解决熔模精铸件清理困难提供参考。It is difficult to clean the shell of aerosol-silica investment castings because of the complex structure and shape of the multi-cavity.The product is scrapped because the shell is not clean and the shell is involved in the casting.By analyzing the composition of zircon powder,zirconium English sand on the surface,after roasting before and after roasting and casting shell layer,transition layer and back layer microstructure and shell intensity change,it is concluded that shell type high residual strength or shell surface by high temperature liquid aluminum erosion is the root cause and take the optimization of zircon powder particle size,distribution and shell making technology measures such as improved shell cleaning efficiency,It provides reference for solving the difficulty of cleaning investment casting.
