护士应用Braden压疮风险评估量表评分一致性的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全院护士应用Braden压疮风险量表评分结果一致性,为临床压力性损伤风险评估提供依据。方法:选取2020年6月1日-30日某三甲医院40个科室共130名临床护士,由随机抽取的不同层级临床护士与3名国际伤口治疗师同时对压力性损伤风险患者进行Braden量表评估,对评估结果进行比较分析。结果:临床护士与伤口专家Braden评分有差异主要是N1层级临床护士的Braden量表评分结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床护士Braden量表评分细则中感知能力一项评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同层级临床护士对患者压力性损伤高危风险识别率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低年资护士对患者压力性损伤高危风险识别率不高,对患者进行压力性损伤评估时在感知能力评分项目中评分不一致,需要加强对低年资护士的培训,同时内容应侧重Braden量表的评分细则。Objective:To analyze the consistency of the Braden Pressure Ulcer Risk Scale scores used by nurses in the hospital,and to provide a basis for clinical stress injury risk assessment.Methods:From June 1 to 30,2020,130 clinical nurses from 40 departments in a third class A hospital were selected.The clinical nurses at different levels randomly selected and three international wound therapist simultaneously evaluated the patients at risk of stress injury with the Braden Scale,and the evaluation results were compared and analyzed.Results:There were differences in Braden scores between clinical nurses and wound specialists,mainly because of the differences in the Braden scale scores of clinical nurses at N1 level(P<0.05);There was a difference in the scores of perception ability in the detailed scoring rules of the Braden scale for clinical nurses(P<0.05);The recognition rate of high risk of stress injury among clinical nurses at different levels was different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recognition rate of low seniority nurses to patients with high risk of stress injury is not high,and the scores in the perceptual ability scoring items of patients with stress injury assessment are inconsistent,so it is necessary to strengthen the training of low seniority nurses,and the content should focus on the Braden scale scoring rules.
