摘　　要：目的:探讨一期梅毒患者治疗后血清学转归结果及其影响因素。方法:收集423例一期梅毒患者的临床资料,观察驱梅治疗2年后的血清学转归情况,分析治疗后非梅毒螺旋体(Tp)血清学试验未转阴的影响因素。结果:423例患者中392例(92.67%)患者治疗2年后非Tp血清学试验转阴,达到血清学治愈标准。单因素分析显示,驱梅治疗方案与非Tp血清学试验能否转阴有关(P<0.05),而性别、年龄、性伴数量、感染途径、梅毒相关临床症状、是否合并其他性传播疾病、治疗前血甲苯胺红不加热血清试验滴度、治疗前是否使用糖皮质激素预防吉海反应与非Tp血清学试验能否转阴无显著相关性(均P>0.05)。结论:一期梅毒患者治疗后血清学治愈率高,其血清学转归结果与驱梅治疗方案有关,正规的苄星青霉素治疗是获得血清学痊愈的关键。Objective:To investigate the srological response and influencing factors in patients with primary syphilis after treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 423 patients with primary syphilis were collected.Serological response was evaluated in these patients within two years after anti-syphilis treatment.Risk factors for persistent positive nentreponemal serological tests after treatment were analyzed.Results:Nentreponemal serological tests turned negative in 392(92.67%)of 423 patients after 2 years of treatment,reaching the serological cure standard.As the univariate analysis showed,the persistent positive nentreponemal serological tests after treatment was associated with anti-syphilis treatment regimen(P<0.05),but not with gender,age,number of sexual partners,routing of infection,syphilis-related clinical symptoms,other sexually transmitted diseases,serum TRUST titer before treatment and using of glucocorticoids to prevent Jarisch Herxheimer reaction before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The serological cure rate in patients with primary syphilis is high after treatment,and the serological responses are related to the anti-syphilis regimen.Regular treatment with benzathine penicillin is the key point to achieving serological cure.
