33例经颏下入路单孔免充气腔镜甲状腺切除手术护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨经颏下单孔免充气腔镜甲状腺切除术的术中护理配合。方法:回顾性分析医院33例采用经颏下单孔免充气腔镜甲状腺切除术术中护理配合经验及体会。结果:33例患者手术过程顺利,术后均未出现声音嘶哑、饮水呛咳、手足麻木及伤口感染等并发症。患者平均手术时间(190.78±37.04)min、术中出血(10.38±4.14)mL、平均住院天数(2.85±0.864)d。结论:经颏下单孔免充气腔镜甲状腺切除手术是新入路手术方式,术中注意护理配合,能够有效减少围术期并发症,促进患者快速康复。Objective:To explore the nursing cooperation in the operation of submental single hole gasless endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:To summarize the experience and experience of nursing cooperation in 33 cases of submental single hole non-inflatable endoscopic thyroidectomy.Results:The operation process of 33 patients was smooth,the average operation time was(190.78±37.04)min,the intraoperative bleeding was(10.38±4.14)mL,the average hospital stay was(2.85±0.864)d.There were no complications such as hoarseness,choking in drinking water,numbness of hands and feet and wound infection.Conclusion:Submental single-port non-inflatable endoscopic thyroidectomy is a new approach.Attention should be paid to nursing cooperation during the operation,which can effectively reduce perioperative complications and promote rapid recovery of patients.
