关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术配合围术期护理的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下开展自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术治疗膝前交叉韧带损伤疾病时应用围手术期护理干预的效果。方法:将收诊入院的60例膝前交叉韧带损伤患者作为观察对象,均开展关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术治疗。通过随机分组分为对照组(开展常规护理干预)与观察组(开展围手术期护理干预),将两组患者治疗及护理干预期间膝关节功能(即膝关节稳定性、支撑性、灵活性、肿胀、疼痛)、并发症发生率(即深静脉血栓、止血带麻痹、腓神经损伤)、术后4周、12周、24周膝关节位置偏差、疗效水平计入统计学予以对比分析。结果:观察组患者前三项计分高于对照组,后两项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理期间并发症发生率呈更低水平(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后4周、12周、24周测得膝关节屈膝、内收、外展位置偏差程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:将围手术期护理用于膝前交叉韧带损伤患者关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术中的效果较为可靠,能提升患者膝关节功能,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention.Methods:In the 60 patients with ACL injury admitted to the orthopedics Department of Hospital,Arthroscopic descending autologous hamstring internal sheath reconstruction treatment was carried out in line randomization pattern.All the groups were divided into control group and observation group.The former conducts routine care interventions,and the latter conducts a perioperative nursing intervention.Knee function(knee stability,support,flexibility,swelling,pain),complication rate(deep vein thrombosis,tourniquet paralysis,peroneal nerve injury)of the two groups of patients during the treatment and nursing intervention;4 weeks,12 weeks,24 weeks postoperative knee position deviation,efficacy level were included in the statistical comparative analysis.Results:after the care,the first three points were higher than the control group,and the latter two points were lower(P<0.05).The complication rate during the nursing period in the observation group was at a lower level(P<0.05).Kneflexion,adduction and abduction position deviation were lower at 4,12 and 24 weeks after treatment than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment response rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative care for the internal reconstruction of the knee can improve the knee function and reduce the incidence of complications.
