药物流产与镇痛手术流产终止早孕的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物流产、镇痛手术流产终止早孕的效果。方法:抽取某医院产科门诊拟终止妊娠的早孕妇女100例为研究对象,随机将其分为A组与B组,各50例,A组实施药物流产,B组实施镇痛手术流产,对比评估两组治疗效果和满意度。结果:B组患者腹痛0~1度占比、腹痛时间明显优于A组(P<0.05);B组患者人流综合征发生率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组患者完全流产率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组患者阴道出血天数、月经恢复天数显著短于A组(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产、镇痛手术流产均能终止早孕,后者成功率更高、腹痛程度更轻、持续时间更短,孕妇恢复更快,前者人流综合征发生风险更低,需结合实际情况科学选择流产方式。Objective:To explore the effect of medical abortion and analgesic surgical abortion on termination of early pregnancy.Methods:100 cases of early pregnant women who want to terminate their pregnancy were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment effect and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results:B group abdominal pain,abdominal pain time significantly better than group A(P<0.05);The incidence of abortion syndrome in group B was significantly higher than in group A(P<0.05);The complete abortion rate in group B was significantly higher than in group A(P<0.05);group B The time of vaginal bleeding,menstrual recovery time were significantly shorter than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical abortion and induced abortion can terminate early pregnancy,which has a higher success rate,lighter abdominal pain,shorter duration,and pregnant women have faster recovery,while the latter has a lower risk of adverse reactions,so abortion needs to be selected scientifically according to the actual situation.
