摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析(HFMEA)模式在优化诺舒子宫内膜去除术围手术期诊疗流程中的效果。方法:应用HFMEA模式筛选出诺舒手术围手术期流程中存在的高危失效模式,采用头脑风暴法找出潜在失效原因并进行风险分析,制定针对性的整改措施,对流程优化前后的各项指标进行评价。结果:实施HFMEA质量管理后,风险优先指数(RPN值)和患者术后并发症发生率明显下降,满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:应用HFMEA模式能优化诺舒围手术期流程,可以有效降低术后并发症的发生率,保障患者安全,提高患者的舒适度和满意度。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of the Healthcare Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(HFMEA)model in optimizing the perioperative consultation process of Noshu endometrial removal.Method:HFMEA model was used to screen the high-risk failure modes existing in the perioperative process of Nova Sure operation.Brainstorming method was used to find out the potential failure causes,conduct risk analysis,formulate targeted rectification measures,and evaluate various indicators before and after process optimization.Results:After the implementation of HFMEA quality management,the risk priority number(RPN)and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly reduced,and the satisfaction was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of HFMEA model could optimize the perioperative process of Nova Sure,effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,ensure the safety of patients,and promote the comfort and satisfaction of patients.
